Is Architect priced per user?

Yes. Core and Pro are priced per user, per month, with a lower rate when billed annually. Business starts at $199 per user per month and is priced with the Architect team.

Is there a free plan?

No. Instead, every workspace starts with a 14-day Architect Pro trial — the full product, with no credit card required.

What happens when the trial ends?

When the trial ends, your workspace, Entries and Blueprint stay exactly as they are. Pro features such as Architect chat, Intent, Playbooks, Dependencies and the Architect Map lock until the workspace is on a paid plan. Online checkout isn't available yet. Paid plans are set up with the Architect team.

What's the difference between Core and Pro?

Core includes the onboarding interview, your Blueprint, Entries and Flows, views, dashboards, Google connections and CSV import. Pro adds Architect chat, Intent, Playbooks, Dependencies, the Architect Map and impact preview before changes.

Which integrations are available?

Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Contacts. Calendar and Contacts are read-only. Other connectors aren't available yet, and we don't list them as included until they are.

Can I move data in from another CRM?

Yes. Every plan includes CSV import and export. On Business, the Architect team can help with setup and migration.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Entries can be exported to CSV at any time, on every plan.
