Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account and use Architect, the service provided by Architect (“we”). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you use Architect for a company, you agree on its behalf.

Your account

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your sign-in details to yourself.
  • You're responsible for what happens in workspaces you own, including the teammates you invite and the roles you give them.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Trial and plans

New workspaces start with a 14-day Architect Pro trial. No credit card required. When the trial ends, your workspace and its content are kept, and features that require a paid plan stop being available until the workspace is on one.

Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans are arranged with the Architect team; we'll confirm the price and billing terms with you before you're charged anything.

Your content

You own what you put into Architect. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to provide the service to you, including sending it to the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy.

You can export your Entries to CSV at any time.

Architect's AI features

Architect's AI features suggest structures, answers and changes. They can be wrong, so review what Architect proposes before you approve it. Architect never applies a change to your workspace without your approval, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make with it.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use Architect to break the law or to store content you don't have the right to use.
  • Don't try to access other customers' data, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits.
  • Don't use connected accounts, such as Gmail, to send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Architect available and to improve it, which means features may change. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Architect.

Ending your use

You can stop using Architect at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Before closing a workspace for any other reason, we'll give you a reasonable chance to export your content.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll update this page and the date above before the change takes effect.
